Google Search Console for free: real data from Google
Connect your Google Search Console property in 30 seconds from the app and pull your real data: impressions, clicks, CTR and average position per keyword and URL. It is the data you already have in Google, but now visible in an interface built for decisions — not for getting lost in filters and dimensions. Rankiamos cross-references GSC data with your daily captured positions to detect concrete opportunities: keywords ranking 11–20 (one step from page 1, easy traffic wins), cannibalized URLs (multiple of your URLs competing for the same keyword), keywords with low CTR vs benchmark for their position (title/meta issue), and new queries appearing in GSC you do not yet monitor. Available on ALL plans including Free — no Pro upgrade required.
Use case: Real case: e-commerce connects GSC, finds 14 keywords ranking 11–18 with good volume but very low CTR. In 2 weeks rewrites titles and metas: 9 of those 14 keywords enter top 10, organic traffic up 28% in the month.
Scan your site: ready-to-use keyword suggestions
Don't know where to start tracking? Rankiamos scans your domain and suggests keywords you are already ranking for — with monthly volume, current position and estimated difficulty. Perfect when you create a new project and don't want to spend 2 hours doing keyword research in Ahrefs or SEMrush before you can use the tool. The scan identifies winnable keywords (positions 5–15 with real volume), keywords where you are already top 3 (worth defending), and keywords where you appear but the URL is suboptimal (cluster opportunity signal). One tap adds them to your project and daily monitoring begins. Available on ALL plans including Free.
Use case: Real case: SEO consultant starts with a new B2B SaaS client. Instead of asking for a keyword list (which the client never has) scans the domain: 67 keywords detected with volume, 23 in winnable positions. Adds the best 30 and ships the first report with real data on day 1.
Real Google rankings with multi-city included
Rankiamos captures rankings directly from Google results with real city-level geolocation, not country-level approximations. Each keyword tracks both mobile and desktop simultaneously without counting as two separate keywords — something most competitors charge separately for. Supported cities include Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Madrid, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Lima, Quito and over 50 LATAM and Spain cities. Update frequency is daily on Free plan, up to 3 times per day manually on Pro plan, with on-demand refresh when you launch a campaign or publish new content. Data comes from DataForSEO, one of the most-used SERP providers by enterprise tools — direct captures, not algorithmic estimates.
Use case: Real case: agency with a regional client in Colombia operating in Bogotá, Medellín and Cali. Used to pay $89/mo in SEO Edge for tracking the same 15 keywords across 3 cities. In Rankiamos pays $14.99/mo ($9.99 annual) with the same data + Apple Watch.
Smart push alerts (top 1/3/10, drops, streaks)
Native iOS push notifications configurable by relevance threshold, not by every noisy 1-position move. You receive alerts when a keyword enters top 1, top 3 or top 10 for the first time (real traffic milestone), when there is a significant drop of 5+ positions in 24 hours (penalty or algorithm change signal), and when a keyword accumulates 3 consecutive days improving (upward streak — ideal time to invest in related content). Each alert includes current position, difference vs prior day and vs prior week, current top 10 snapshot, and a direct deeplink to the keyword in the app. Alerts can be silenced per project, per schedule or globally — useful for weekends or vacations.
Use case: Real case: SEO freelancer monitoring 80 e-commerce keywords. Received a "drop 12 positions" alert on a core keyword Monday 9am. Detected duplicate content penalty, fixed it by noon, recovered position by Friday. Without the alert, would have detected it in the weekly report — 4 days later.
Competitor analysis with top 10 snapshot
For each keyword you monitor, Rankiamos automatically saves a daily Google top 10 snapshot with URLs, titles and positions. The competitor dashboard aggregates these snapshots and shows you which domains appear most in your keyword universe — your real competitors, not the ones you assume. For each identified competitor you can see: keyword count where they appear, average position, best historical position, growth rate (rising or falling?), and daily diff. Side-by-side comparison with your own domain per keyword. Pro plan allows up to 10 explicitly tracked competitors per project, with alerts when a competitor passes you or when one enters top 3 for one of your keywords.
Use case: Real case: an agency found that their declared #1 competitor only appeared in 12% of keywords. The real competitor (accumulating 67% of mentions) was a site the client did not even have on radar. Content strategy pivot based on that data.
Auto suggestions with People Also Ask and Related Searches
For each monitored keyword, Rankiamos also captures the People Also Ask questions and Related Searches that Google shows in its SERP. This is free keyword expansion: real queries people search around your topic, with the exact wording they use (including common misspellings and Spanish LATAM colloquial terms). The suggestions dashboard accumulates these queries weekly and lets you add them as new keywords with one tap. Idea behind it: instead of paying for separate tools like Ahrefs ($229/mo) or SEMrush ($249/mo) just for keyword research, Rankiamos extracts the same data from the SERP in real time while you track your rankings. Data is local — reflects what the user sees in each city/device.
Use case: Real case: a personal finance blogger discovered that his keyword "credit card without monthly fee" had 8 associated People Also Ask — 4 with significant volume and 0% coverage on his site. Added them as new keywords and scaled from 2 to 6 content pieces in 60 days.
Native iOS Widget + Apple Watch
Rankiamos includes at no extra cost a native Apple Watch app that shows the day's top movers (the 5 keywords that moved up or down the most in 24 hours) and the average position of the main project directly on your wrist. For iPhone, there is a Home Screen widget in three sizes (small, medium, large) with configurable metrics: top 10 ratio, average position, day change, active alerts. Sync via iCloud across all your Apple devices — no setup. For Mac, a universal app (not a web wrapper) reads the same iCloud data. If you do SEO on the move (between meetings, at client sites, at events), this means checking critical rankings without taking the iPhone out of your pocket.
Use case: Real case: SEO consultant during an in-person workshop in CDMX received an Apple Watch notification that a client keyword entered top 3 for the first time. Was able to mention the milestone live during the presentation. Closed the monthly retainer in that same meeting.
White-label PDF reports with your brand
PDF rankings reports exportable with your logo, brand colors and contact details — no Rankiamos branding visible to your client. Generation is automatic: schedule daily, weekly or monthly reports per client, configure which metrics to show (top 10 ratio, average position, top movers, period-over-period comparison, competitor snapshots), and PDFs are emailed automatically to the client. Includes crisp vector charts at any zoom, keyword tables with drill-down by city, an automatic "wins" section highlighting the 3 best gains of the period, and an "alerts" section with significant drops so the client sees proactivity. Pro plan allows up to 50 reports/month per project. An agency with 12 clients who previously paid $40/mo in Reportz or $79/mo in SEranking saves this layer entirely by moving to Rankiamos.
Use case: Real case: agency that manually sent reports every Monday to 8 clients (≈4 hours/week of senior SEO time). Moved to automatic white-label PDF reports every Monday 9am. Savings: 16 hours/month of senior time = $800-1200 USD depending on rate.
Tags, filters and bulk operations
Organize your keywords by service (e-commerce, lead gen, blog), funnel stage (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), city, intent (informational, transactional, navigational) or any custom taxonomy you create. Tags are color-coded and filter by crossing criteria (e.g. "all keywords with #checkout-flow tag AND city Bogotá AND top 10 ratio < 50%"). Bulk operations allow mass actions: add/remove tags to 50 keywords with one tap, change assigned city to 30 keywords, archive inactive keywords, export a subset to CSV, generate a PDF only of the filtered subset. For agencies with 200+ keywords distributed across 5-10 clients, this turns a 30-minute task into a 30-second one. Search is full-text with fuzzy matching: "red" finds "red card" even if word order changes.
Use case: Real case: agency tracking 280 keywords across 9 clients tagged by #client-X, #city, #service-Y. During an internal pitch meeting, exported a report filtered by #client-X + #service-checkout in 45 seconds vs 20 minutes it used to take in Excel.
Portable data — import and export without lock-in
Your data is yours, explicit policy declared in the Terms of service. Rankiamos accepts CSV import with automatic detection of source format: SEO Edge, Ahrefs Rank Tracker, SEMrush Position Tracking, Pro Rank Tracker, AccuRanker, Whatsmyserp, SERPWatcher and SERPRobot. Migrating from any of these takes less than 5 minutes: download CSV from your current tool, drag to Rankiamos, validate automatic column mapping (keyword, city, device, language), done. Export is bidirectional: at any time you can download all your data (keywords, settings, position history, tags, competitors) in CSV or JSON. No minimum commitment, no cancellation penalty, no forced data retention. Cancelling Rankiamos takes 3 taps from Apple ID Settings — no emails, no calls, no "wait 30 days to delete".
Use case: Real case: agency tried Rankiamos during the 7-day trial but decided it was not the right time due to budget. Exported their data without friction and went back to SEO Edge. Three months later, returned when budget allowed. Imported the same CSV in 2 minutes and started with historical data preserved.
AI analysis: concrete opportunities per keyword
Each keyword in your Pro project receives an automated analysis identifying concrete opportunities to climb: content gaps vs top 3, intent mismatch between your URL and query, common technical issues (CWV, thin content, duplicate meta) inferred from the SERP, and content structure comparison (H2/H3, length, schema) against ranking pages. Inference is per keyword, not generic. Recommendations are delivered in natural language with concrete action prioritized by effort/impact. LIVE feature included in Pro and Agency plans, no extra cost.
Use case: Real case: finance blog receives AI analysis on a core keyword. Suggestion: "your URL ranks #14 with informational intent but top 3 is transactional — create variant /credit-card-comparison/ with table". Implements the page, in 5 weeks the new URL reaches #4 while the original holds its informational position.
One-tap login: Apple, Google or email
No long forms or "verify your account in 5 steps". Start with "Sign in with Apple" (Apple ID without sharing your real email if you don't want — Apple generates an alias), "Continue with Google" (standard OAuth) or traditional email + password. Your account syncs automatically across iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch from the first login. No unnecessary "verification" emails, no failing captchas, no re-login every week. Apple Sign In is the most private method: Rankiamos only receives a unique identifier, not your real email or name.
Use case: Real case: agency with 8 team members onboards Rankiamos in one afternoon. Each person signs in with their corporate Apple ID in 5 seconds, without passing credentials over Slack or setting up separate email accounts. The owner invites the other 7 by email from Settings.
