⚖️ Base template. This policy must be updated when tools that use cookies are added (Microsoft Clarity, ad pixels, etc.). Today rankiamos.com uses Cloudflare's technical cookies and, only with consent, Google Analytics 4 cookies — this policy reflects that.

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies the website rankiamos.com uses, what they are for and how you can manage them. The Rankiamos iOS app does not use cookies (it is native).

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow remembering information (chosen language, dark/light theme preferences, etc.) and improve your experience.

2. Types of cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

They do not require consent because they are essential for the site to function. They do not identify you personally.

2.2 Local preferences (LocalStorage)

Technically not cookies, but they store info in your browser. These are not sent to the server.

2.3 Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2: by default it stores no analytics cookies, and they are only enabled if you accept them in the consent banner. If you accept, Google Analytics stores the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 2 years) to measure site traffic in aggregate. If you reject them, no analytics cookies are stored. Your choice is saved in your browser under the rk_consent key.

3. Third-party cookies

The site loads external resources that may set their own cookies under their policies:

Google Analytics 4: only if you accept cookies in the banner. The Inter and Funnel Display typefaces are served from rankiamos.com, without Google Fonts. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
